Threesome

A threesome is the term which describes a sexual act involving a group sex with three people; a threesome does not have to mean that all three people are engaging in sexual activity specifically with all people like an orgy, but can be one person as the focus of attention (two men focusing on one woman, two women focusing on one man, etc.). Some people think that when two men are with one woman that the men must somehow be bisexual, but that is not normally the case.
